Mold Remediation

Although many people associate “mold” with Penicillin, its presence in your home is no healthy matter. Mold contamination and its potential health risks to you, your family and your employees, is one of the easiest hazards to get well beyond your control. If ignored, mold can take over most any dwelling in a very short time and pose numerous health risks. Even if you don’t “see” it right away, it may be there.

Don’t risk it! The trained, certified, and experienced professionals at Clean Tech can properly assess and evaluate your potential hazard and the variable conditions present (moisture, temperature, building envelope and mechanical ventilation dynamics) creating the unique challenges compromising optimum occupant health.

In many cases a third-party independent evaluation by an Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) is required for complete identification testing. Once the IEP has identified the contamination, Clean Tech can begin the remediation process while working directly with the IEP.

Five General Principles of Mold Remediation:

  1. Provide for the health and safety of workers and occupants
  2. Document the conditions and work processes
  3. Control the contaminants at its source
  4. Physically remove the contamination (source removal)
  5. Correct the moisture problem to prevent recontamination
